By booking our cleaning services, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with VisualMaid. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which we provide our services, and by confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms.

1. Scope of Services: Our services will be detailed in your booking confirmation. Any specific requests or modifications to the standard service must be communicated and agreed upon prior to the scheduled service.

2. Service Availability: We strive to provide our services as scheduled. However, if unforeseen circumstances arise (such as extreme weather or emergencies), we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. We will notify you as soon as possible if such changes occur.

3. Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide us with access to the premises at the scheduled time. Additionally, please ensure that the space we will be cleaning is safe and free from hazards. If there are specific areas or items that require special attention or are off-limits, please inform us in advance.

4. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods will be outlined during the booking process. Failure to make payment may result in a service fee or legal action.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment without any charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee may apply. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.

Payment Terms

Payment for our services is due upon completion, unless we have made other arrangements in advance. During the booking process, we will specify the accepted payment methods, which may include credit card or electronic transfer. Please note that failure to make payment as agreed may lead to additional service fees or legal action to recover the amount owed. We appreciate your prompt payment and cooperation.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are dedicated to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please reach out to us within 24 hours, and we will make it right at no extra cost. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving any issues you may have. If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7-day window). If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you, and your continued use of our services following any amendments signifies your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed about any updates.
